No Returns or Refunds
BASED does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Dissatisfaction after purchase
Minor variations in color, wash, or distressing
Shipping delays outside of our control
All products are sold as is and all sales are final.
Product Variations
Our products may feature intentional variations in color, wash, distressing, or texture. These variations are part of the design process and do not constitute defects. Such variations are not grounds for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrectly fulfilled, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. If verified, BASED may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same item if available. Refunds will not be issued.
Final Sale Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed product descriptions, sizing information, and this policy in full, and you agree that all purchases are final.
